David Ho joined Okada & Company as an Associate Director working with Christopher Okada focusing on investment sales and leasing advisory in Midtown Manhattan.

David comes to Okada & Company from JP Morgan Chase, where he worked as in-house consultant within investment banking. He lead his own teams and was integral during the restructuring of the Bear Stearns acquisition. Additionally, David gained experience in retail banking where he advised individuals and companies on banking needs. David also involved himself in politics and public service alongside NY State Elected Representatives, including Hillary Rodham Clinton.

A graduate of SUNY Buffalo, David earned a BA in Political Science with a Minor in Economics.
