Having planned and executed market-defining transactions while serving within the global advisory groups at both CBRE and Colliers ABR, as well as spearheading the foreign capital investment practice of Alvarium Tiedemann - a $70 billion AUM wealth and asset manager, Ralph’s real estate experience spans a variety of projects and contributes to his unique perspective and advisory capabilities.

As an Executive Vice President and Head of Brokerage for Okada & Co., Ralph oversees the planning and execution of asset/portfolio assignments, as well as client outcomes. Some of Ralph’s more noteworthy accomplishments include: Acquisition of a 290,000 SF $343 million New York City headquarters lease on behalf of Shiseido Americas Planning and execution of multi-asset 535,000 SF triple net industrial lease in Columbus, Ohio Repositioning and disposition of a 252,000 SF New York City lease obligation on behalf of JP Morgan ChaseAcquisition of 90,000 SF headquarters lease in Frankfurt, Germany on behalf of Coty Inc. The disposition of a 350,000 SF office condominium on behalf of Random House PublishersThe sale of a 26-asset portfolio totaling 7.8 million SF on behalf of JP Morgan Chase.

Ralph resides in Manhasset, New York with his wife and daughter, holds a B.A. in International Studies from Towson University and has completed numerous real estate and investment courses including Loyola Marymount’s Real Estate Certificate program.
